Hi,
Not really as the licenses are all with the helpdesk guys but when I used it last it was ok if I remember. I never like giving people complete access to mailboxes or servers, so try and find scripts or tools to do this where possible.
I also like the Spiceworks solution you posted earlier - do you use Spiceworks at the moment?
Andrew.

Hi,
Cheers for that. When I was researching this I saw Symprex. Are you using this with JAWS happy enough?
Barry.

Hi,
Yes you need to install the System Manager for 2003. I haven't had experience with this unfortunately.
On a 2007 system I would give myself full mailbox access via the local console installed on my PC, then log in to OWA using my credentials, then change the URL to point to the other user mailbox, then set it in the options. You can't change the out of office directly in the console, but it may be an option in Systems Manager under 2003.
We also have a product to do this for us with the helpdesk called Symprex out of office manager, which can be installed on the server or remotely, which makes this a lot more easier. It could be something like this that they are using.
Do they have any procedures for this type of work?
Thanks.
Andrew.

Hi,
We're running Exchange 2003. The console is for Exchange 2007.
I see there's a Exchange Systems Manager for 2003. Have you used this?
Cheers,
Barry.

Can you install the exchange console locally? That would be the prefered option.
