[Blind-sysadmins] Accessing Windows PE environment

Hi all, I posted this a few weeks ago, but don't think it went through for some reason. At my company, we use a Windows PE USB key to start the process of building a new Windows machine. I thought that Narrator was included in Windows PE, but I'm discovering that it isn't. Has anyone been able to get NVDA running on Windows PE? I know this was done years ago, but that was with a Windows 7 PE image. I'm going to take a crack at integrating NVDA, but wondered if anyone has experience with this. Thanks!
