Hi, Was using Xen virtualisation on friend's kit but now went to KVM virtualisation. This server doesn't do much but the mailing lists, a couple of low traffic eistes and data backup for my home site, so it isn't anything too powerful. By the way, I had to approve this message as your posting address is not in the subscribers database. Thanks. Andrew. -----Original Message----- From: blind-sysadmins-bounces@lists.hodgsonfamily.org [mailto:blind-sysadmins-bounces@lists.hodgsonfamily.org] On Behalf Of White, Matt Sent: 25 April 2009 20:07 To: Blind sysadmins list Subject: Re: [Blind-sysadmins] Everything should be back up now Andrew, What kindf of hardware are you running onw? Do you use any virtualization? I am building my first ESXI box now; looking forward to getting familiarized with ESXI so I can be ready to roll it out at work. Thanks for any insights and for running a great list. Hi,
As subject says, everything is now working, let me know if there are any issues.
Under the hood we are now on Ubuntu Jaunty on different hardware, and we are using Postfix instead of Exim as the MTA underlying the lists. Hopefully it should all work.
Thanks. Andrew. _______________________________________________ Blind-sysadmins mailing list Blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org http://lists.hodgsonfamily.org/mailman/listinfo/blind-sysadmins
