Hi Joe, Thanks much for the powershell info, very interesting compared to using the GUI admin tool. I will check whether the popup blocker is enabled when I get back there and if so, disable it. Just aquestion, since I don't have privellages to the GUI interface yet, how would one go about just entering powershell commands? if one accesses the exchange GUI via a link? This user accesses the admin interface via a link and I think he is logged in with his credentials in order to view and make changes to mailboxes. Hello Zameer, I don't have any experience with the exchange mailbox admin web tool, but I have a suggestion:
Check to see if a pop-up blocker is enabled. It may be that the web tool opens the mail flow settings in a pop-up window.
I personally use powershell to manage Exchange. It is a console type interface, and is read by JFW. For example, this powershell command will return mailbox details: Get-mailbox <mailbox alias> | format-list
This command returns a lot of information, and there are ways to filter it to just what you want to see. Using set-mailbox allows you to make changes. There are also other mailbox powershell commands that get you additional mailbox details.
Best, ~Joe

Hi listers,
I'm facing a situation where I am not able to view mailbox details for now with Jaws 18 running windows 10 and Internet explorer.
The company uses exchange mailbox admin (not sure the exact naming as I am new to all this stuff) However, it is web-based and seems to be accessible.
What happens is, I search for a user, click on it, go to mailbox features, but when I try to go to mail flow, its as though JFW crashes Internet explorer. With google chrome, the page automaticly closes.
Does anyone know a solution to be able to manage exchange mailboxes effectively with JFW?
Apologies for the newbe questions, just got an opportunity to experience the workplace and these are some of the problems I am running in to.
Your help would be much appreciated.
