[Blind-sysadmins] Cisco any connect on the Mac

So I’m trying to use a new version of the Cisco any connect to verify to a VPN on a Mac. When I enter my name and password and hit continue the field shows up as answer and answer (twice), there’s a continue button and it will take secure input. I tried entering in the entrust generated pin but it didn’t work and that menu returned. Any idea what I’m doing wrong? Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you
