Please forgive me if this sounds like bashing. I messed up several configs in University by putting Win Eyes on them. Because drivers hadn't been updated the screens flipped upside down. Not an easy thing to fix when your speech won't work and I'd hate to be faced with that in the work place. It would have been highly embarrassing and given me as a blind tech some bad press. The more I've seen of System Access the more it's growing on me for tech support work. Granted it's got a long way to go to be as configurable as say Jaws or Window eyes but it's flexibility is a massive plus. RDP through Windows works great for me. You don't need extra licenses to load Window-eyes on a computer that you want to connect to. I've even logged into a server from home and then into various work stations. I still get pretty good connection using rdp from computer to computer to computer. I am happy to have stumbled across this list. I am looking for accessible remote control software. I don't have the ability to install Jaws on every computer I touch, so any help would be appreciated. I used Jaws and Window eyes for access.
