[Blind-sysadmins] switching between local and remote desktop

Hello, I'm using Remote desktop connection. What I need is to copy files between the local and the remote computer. I want to easily switch between the RDP and the local desktop using the keyboard. Does anybody here knows the secret? Negoslav
