[Blind-sysadmins] Trying to read checkboxes in add roles and features

Hello, Has anyone found a nice way of reading the checkboxes in the add roles and features wizard in Windows 2012 and 2016? I'm kind of stuck at the moment. Yes, I can use powershell but it doesn't fit with what I'm trying to do at the moment.
