Hi Armin: Several points. First, Window-Eyes is no longer maintained as a screen reader, and I don't know what the current state of support is these days. Second, Window-Eyes 7.2 is a very out of date version, and I don't know for sure if it will run on WS2008R2. Unfortunately, you probably need to look into migrating screen readers. While NVDA would normally be an option, I can't recommend it due to the lack of TS support, I think the only other screen reader that supports terminal services installation that is actively supported is JAWS. Regretably from a former Window-Eyes user, but that's where things are, Window-Eyes is all but dead.
