I do have an application key but do not have that option. I can delete, share, properties, copy, move up, move down, show calendar which doesn't seem to do anything and new calendar which is unavailable. I definitely have the option to check and uncheck the different shared calendars but do not have the option to open them in a new window. This should not be that difficult. I have quite some shared calendars and sometimes it's hard to see what's scheduled in all of them, so if I want to zoom in on a specific calendar, I right click it and open it in a new window. Hope that helps, Bram On 19-11-2018 15:14, Katherine M. Moss via Blind-sysadmins wrote:
Hi all, I just got access to a shared calendar in Office 2016, and while I can find it via the F6 toggle, I cannot seem to activate it by doing that. Right clicking on it and saying show calendar, doesn't seem to let me access it via the keyboard either; the show calendar option seemingly remains unchecked. A, I doing something incorrectly here? Thanks. _______________________________________________ Blind-sysadmins mailing list -- blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org To unsubscribe send an email to blind-sysadmins-leave@lists.hodgsonfamily.org
