Kismet on the Mac is a good option but you’re not a Mac guy. I suspect the Raspberry Pi would be another way to tackle this problem. Would be interested in others tools that they are using. Thanks

Greetings everyone,
I am looking for a wireless survey tool to perform WI-FI survey, adjust AP signal and channels. Is there anything out there that is accessible? I have previously used net stumbler with windows XP but it's dated now and no longer works with latest OS. I am a windows guy, but might be open to build a Linux rig if there is something accessible for Fedora or Ubuntu.
Can't find anything on IOS market as well.
Any suggestions are welcome and much appreciated
Anatoliy
