[Blind-sysadmins] start the audioservice with a batchfile in windows server 2003 vm

Hello, i have seen heere years ago an email, with a command, how i start the audioservice in windows server 2003 Heere is the content: config winaudiosrv start=auto shutdown /r /t 00 The VM restarts, but no audio is playing, a sighted person seen, that it says bad command or so?
