David, that would actually be in the record tab, as stereo mix is a recording option. U don't tell us which OS you're running, etc. If you'd like a little assistance w/this, we can either go to my brighter-vision.com conference room or use skype to determine what you've got & how to proceed. Contact me off list if u decide u need that. On 11/28/12, David Mehler <dave.mehler@gmail.com> wrote:
Hello,
Thanks. Apparently I do not have stereo mix.
Thanks. Dave.

On the playback side, right click and show disabled devices, stereo mix will show up.

Thanks. Dave.

Have u tried looking to see if your card supports stereo mix, Dave?

Hi,
Thanks, I'll keep that price in mind, but I have to make it work with what I have. And as of right now I'm only considering one cable for the one application.
Thanks. Dave.

Um, u might do better using stereo mix, if your card supports it. VC is ok, but if u have to run more than 1, they tend to get out of sync w/1 another. I just bought a roland ua-33 tricapture, which has a loopback recording feature for just this reason. I hope it works. music123.com has 'em for 129.00, but today, call 'em& they'll give 15% off.
