[Blind-sysadmins] please, remote support

hello dears i need to help my friend to setup some programs / configure jaws and so on... which better remote support i could use? i think for nvda, but we need to configure jaws, i can't use jaws tandum for personal matter is it safe to use rim beta tister version? if this is good solution; how i start session, need different shortcut to access end-user machine? which shortcut could use to move to my machine not end-user during session? please send me user guide or just your help. thanks very much.
