I've found a VB script that claims to allow a machine that has ESM and is connected to the domain to change the OOF's.
Looking at the script it needs the AD address and other bits. I've check the code and it looks OK.
All you need to do is copy the script from the browser, save it to a .txt then change the extension to .vbs after edidting your domain details. I've sent the URL to my net Admin, before doing anything further. I know people can get very twitchy when you start talking about scripts and asking for domain .information
The info is here as an FYI,

Cheers,
Barry.

Can you install the exchange console locally? That would be the prefered option.

Hi folks,
Firstly let me thank you all for your feedback on my meeting I was due
to have on Tuesday. I've saved these. The meeting hasn't taken place
yet.
I've just gotten a request to set a user's Out Of Office. How our Net
Admin normally does this is RDP into Exchange. I don't' currently have
any RDP licences for JAWS. Is there another way I can do this from my
own computer? I'm trying to find a solution before I speak to my
Manager. I'd rather bring him a solution than leave it in his hands to
work out. I am being promised as soon as the Net Admin gets back I will
be granted Administrator privileges.
We do have Spiceworks installed on our servers, and I've found this
article on how I can do it through there.

-out-of-office-reply-for-another-user
How would the rest of you Sys Admins go about this?
Regards,
Barry.
