Hi Katherine, Thanks for the reply. On a normal windows PE along with the windows installation image Narrator definitely works. However, in the ADK, I think they would prefer to keep things on a package basis to have a minimal PE by only adding what a user needs. In regards to the documentation on ADK 1703, you're right about stuff missing in terms of narrator. I think it's just Win+CTRL+Enter from within WinPE.
