Hi,Yes, I have had similar issues related to the Avay exam which is offered by Pearson. I contacted Avaya who sent me to Pearson, who then sent me back to Avaya. I simply gave up in frustration.Rajiv

Subject: [Blind-sysadmins] Applying for accomodation through Pearson Vue
Hello Folks
I am going through the process of applying to complete the Security
Plus creditation with CompTIA.
However, I have been advised by the examination centre that I must
first register with Pearson Vue.
They have a process of providing accomodations for folks who need this.
I am experiencing difficulty with this process.
1. They do not appear to have specific accommodation for blind persons.
2. The website doesn't allow me to complete the process of applying
for an accommodation.
3. There's nobody to contact about this.
Before I start digging deeper, has anyone out there had similar
problems in the past with Pearson Vue, with regards to applying for
accomodations.
Regards, Paul
The application must be made through their website.
