[Blind-sysadmins] no sound with team viewer on windows login screen

Hello everyone: We recently started using team viewer for our remote support solution at work. However, I’ve noticed that I don’t have sound on the login screen when I’m connected with team viewer. Is there a way to enable this feature? Kathryn
