She reports that randomly when trying to save an excel dock, or browse to a network drive in a web browser her network drives are gone. I also confirmed that she disconnects and reconnects to her dock about 5 to 10 times a day and puts the tablet in sleep mode. I have always been aware that laptops going to sleep don't always regain network connectivity reliably. Anyone have any thoughts on best practices to avoid network drive loss for a Surface Pro user who moves around allot?
