[Blind-sysadmins] Connecting to a running vm across the network

Hello, I've got a vm running on a machine under vmware workstation. In this case it's a Vista vm. I'm wondering if it's possible to connect to this vm from across the network, without installing the full workstation on another machine? Thanks. Dave.
