[Blind-sysadmins] sql server 2014 instalation issues help?

Hi. Doing an assignment, where I need to create a couple of tables for a database, then import the data. Did this yesterday, and now when I use the import / export wizard sql express 2014, 64 bit for my windows 8.1, 64 bit, machine, it says I need sql server pro, enterprise or developer. To save the imported data. Well. As a member of dreamspark, as a student, got the developer version. When I run the setup, no install new installasation or stand aline. Only to upgrade or migrate tool. Any one got any ideas, or links where I can download and or install, or how to by pass the installation centre. Using jaws 16, latest version, 64 bit. Any help.
