I've never tried that, but I normally use the manual option where they provide you with a URL that you have to type in. Sort of a pain considering most of them appear to us as nonsensical, but they work.

I'm a newbie when it comes to these and haven't yet tried setting one up.
My question is what's the easiest way to get a QR code into the authenticator app?
All documentation talks about scanning it, something at which I'm not terribly skilled.
I'd appreciate it if you'd share your experiences and offer up advice.
