Its been a long time since I've touched vSphere, but from my memory the console is just plane unusable with speech. It didn't support audio redirection at all, your best bet is getting sighted assistance to build a single template that has remote desktop enabled and Windows Audio set to automatic, and just clone that template whenever you need a server. That's what I did anyway. I do not have the opportunity to download the VMWare remote console client yet, but I was wondering if anyone has any work arounds to access the server and apply initial configuration if you've used VSphere? While I wait for the download, if you've used the remote console, can I direct the keys to the server like I can using RDP or VMware workstation? Your help would be much appreciated.
