[Blind-sysadmins] Strange IIS issue.

Greetings, I've developed an extension for the intranet here that is DB driven. IIS however seems to be causing some strangeness. With any line of code, the command is run twice. For example, a database insert statement will be run twice. A mail send function would also be run twice. I've never seen this happen before. it's not a coding problem as I've tested it on another IIS server. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
