Thanks Chris, I was looking at that before. I think I even installed it! Just spinning up the VM that I had it on to see how far I got. If I remember correctly, it takes a lot of time to get this fully configured and the installation fee is almost $9000! Have you ever configured it? Thanks. I found RT very basic in it's default form origionally but I was using 4.0. I'm now installing 4.2.7 or something like that so when / if that upgrade goes ok I'll make a more informed decision.
