jaws tandem behind two nat routers
Hello, I'm using jfw 10, a friend is using jfw 11. We are both behind high speed connections, I think both dsl, and behind nat routers. Under those circumstances I am wondering if it's possible to make tandem work? If so I'd like to know how as it would make remotely helping this friend much easier. Thanks. Dave.
Hi, I do this quite often. It is all done through FS servers as proxies - so all that is required is an outbound connection to the FS servers. The only way of using Tandem without the FS servers is on a LAN. Hi, Both sides of the connection have outbound connections. How do the FS servers know where the other computer is in the connection? Thanks. Dave. On 2/15/11, Andrew Hodgson <andrew@hodgsonfamily.org> wrote:

Hi, The person initiating the remote meeting is given a meeting ID, which the person who is receiving the support has to enter.
