Hi, I am looking into password managers and wonder if anyone has found 1 to be accessible. I am trying out Dashlane because we have free licenses through our cyber insurance but it does not seem to be accessible. Thanks. ###
Hi Troy,
I think it depends on what you want the password manager to be capable of. At the moment, I don't know of any server side password managers that allow for single sign on to be accessible. Everywhere I worked we ended up using KeyPass 2 which you can put in a file share in a Windows environment to prevent modifications to it. It works great.
Best,
Billy

I've had good success with KeePass 2, which stores its data in a single file and has no cloud dependencies. As far as I know this does not support multiple users accessing one store. I've also had good success with 1Password which has local and cloud options. This does have a version that allows multiple people to access one store.
