Actually there is no direct keyboard shortcut for that. You need to turn off quick view buttons from the ribon, than press f6 key til you here mail. After that arow down til you hear contacts and press space key on it. than you will be inside the contact folder, and when you press tab key it will focus the cursor on the addressbook or contacts.
