Folks, I know we've been here before but I can't' remember without trowling through archives and having been in here now 3 months I'm allot more clued in on our infrastructure. if there was a solution offered. Is it possible using JFW and it's Remote licence to take control of a users Desktop through the above setup? This isn't for Admin tasks as I believe I can use the console. If this is possible what would be the setup? I'm not asking for a complete hand-holding just a couple of bullet points, you need this on that, and that on the other. How about if we have a couple of hops between the Server Citrix is installed on to the thin clients? I presume this would hamper if not block use with a Screen Reader?
