Hi all. Can't remember if I asked about this one before. At work we have now completed a move from IBM Clearquest as a bug tracker which I could sort of use to this new HP alm thing which is really awful. The desktop client is pretty much unusable unless I am missing something big and the mobile version is sort of usable but seriously lacks functionality! Since the vast majority of my job is keeping track of issues that people log against projects now in ALM, this will likely mean no contract renewal. They might do it anyway because spending public money to create a new accessibility barrier for staff looks bad politically but I am not all that interested in a job as a poster exhibit! Anyone had any success with this thing? My other fun toy they have now implemented is Planview for time tracking but that thing is sort of usable but difficult.
