A few to add, David Woodbridge has his own podcast now and most of which you could probably get from Applevis that cover a lot when it comes to a beginner on the Mac. Cool Blind tech which Scott just mentioned has a wide variety of things including Mac related things. Main Menu covers quite a bit. Mac for the blind is another podcast that was very helpful to me. Even though it hasn't been updated in a while, a lot is still relevant.
