Hi all, This may be a little off topic, but I was just wondering if anyone has used the screen sharing feature in Skype? The reason I am asking is because a sighted person is going to look at my screen but I do not need to have control over his computer and he was wondering if I could use this feature. I have used Teamviewer but not this. So do you have any experience with this or do you recommend something else? Many thanks, Christian
Yes, you can share each other's screens, but neither of you can make changes. Hi Christian, for any kind of screen sharing I prefer Zoom. Its accessible and provides easy ways of sharing screen and sounds from the computer if needed. Plus, someone can take control of your computer and vice versa. Its free with some caveats which may or may not affect you as well as being cross platform much like others.
