hi comcast talking guide beta is now out on the x1 platform, reboot the box, unplug it for a bit and plug it back in. or hold down round button on front of box for 7 seconds let up and it reboots. once rebooted hit A twice and follow spoken directions. there's a slight delay but they're working on it.
