Hi folks, I'm just curious, how do you approach this. Do you have all end-users enter their own passwords for every circumstance within yoru I T departments staff? Or do certain people have access tot eh passwords. EG. Crisp Manager can give their password to the chocolate I T Manager, but not to the Jelly Tots Placement Student. Or does yoru company implicitl tryust the I T staff? Hi, I think we need a bit of a scenario here so we can identify what you are trying to do. I would say though that once an end-user has changed their password to a known value by them, we shouldn't ever need to use this in the future. We can change it of course, but that is it.
