Re: Accessing shared calendars in Outlook 2016
Hi, You should be able to check/uncheck calendars to show using the space bar. I have quite some shared calendars and sometimes it's hard to see what's scheduled in all of them, so if I want to zoom in on a specific calendar, I right click it and open it in a new window. Hope that helps, Bram On 19-11-2018 15:14, Katherine M. Moss via Blind-sysadmins wrote:

I didn't know you could do that. Thanks for letting me know.

Wow, this is very confusing. I definitely have the option to check and uncheck the different shared calendars but do not have the option to open them in a new window. This should not be that difficult.

On the specific calendar, do a Shift+F10 or use the Applications key if you
have access to one

I do have an application key but do not have that option. I can delete, share, properties, copy, move up, move down, show calendar which doesn't seem to do anything and new calendar which is unavailable.

I've noticed something, too. I can only see my shared calendars by using the F6 key to navigate over to the calendar folder, and then I can expand it, but I can't actually check/uncheck them, and then when I finally manage to get the shared calendar to show, it often doesn't stay put.
