guest accounts in Microsoft 365?
Hi there: I was wondering if any of the other Microsoft 365 tennant admins on this list have been running into issues with guest accounts lately? Specifically, I have a team in Teams that I’ve granted access to two guest users, but neither of them can sign in. On my end things look fine, the accounts are enabled and they show up fine in Teams. I even tried deleting and recreating one of the guest accounts and still get the same issue. The user just gets a generic “sorry, we can’t sign you in right now” error. Microsoft support has be absolutely useless with this, I’ve had a ticket open for almost three weeks and they have no clue what’s going on.So, thought I’d ask here just in case someone else has seen this. Hi. I've recently had a similar experience where we are trying to add our accounts as guests to another org both using AzureAD. It works with us using external user collaboration, but we want to be able to interact with an actual team rather than using group chats. Right now we believe it may have to do with some restrictions on either of our tenants, but we haven't managed to get the relevant admins together to troubleshoot the issue. With this particular client I am trying to do as much as possible with guest accounts rather than revering to using a real account at their end and a virtual desktop.
