Hello, I'm trying to transition from Jaws to NVDA for more day to day tasks but there are a few items that just don't work as expected. One of these is the SCCM main list view. Jaws reads this well but NVDA seems to get bogged down by something after reading a few items. For example: 1. Open SCCM. 2. Press control 1. 3. Press Control T to set focus to the treeview. 4. Press D twice to jump to the device collections view. 5. Press Control M to set focus to the list view. 6. Firstly NVDA reports unknown. This seems to be a problem with recognising that control but it's not a big deal. 7. Press tab a few times to get to the list view. 8. Arrow around using the up and down arrows. 9. NVDA speaks as expected. 10. Now press End. NVDA stops responding for a while. 11. Now when you arrow around the list it takes NVDA about 5 to 10 seconds to read out the currently focused list item. Say line doesn't update until the same 5 to 10 seconds time period as well. This could be a SCCM problem but I doubt it. I think it's NVDA related. If any of you have good contacts within the NVDA team would you mind bringing this up please? I assume that if I submit it via the NVDA Bugzilla site it will get put into a very long queue. I know they had an interest in making more system administration tools work with NVDA previously. I'm hoping that they are still interested in this.
