Hello, Does anyone know where windows stores it's updates and cache files on both xp and vista/7 machines? I just did a fresh install of a machine, it runs xp and windows update gave me ie8, didn't ask just did, which i uninstalled because it slows this machine down to a crawl, but now I have 2 gb of stuff that I want to get rid of before I image the thing. Any help appreciated. Thanks. Dave.
