A Toshiba satellite pro c-50-a 8 gb ram, intel I 7 3 quad core 2.5 ghz, 750 gb hard disk, 700 gb hidden particion. Running windows 10 1809. So, if there's a way, where it will then keep my programs, let me know. Okay, this may take a few hours, but might fix this. Hi, I can't give you specifics on your circumstances since I know nothing about your system. If you Google Windows 10 ISO Download you can download a copy of the latest version of Windows (which is 1809 now) and boot off that to install a fresh copy. You can get Narrator working during the setinstall and first setup of the machine. Here are some things I do to help me keep settings: - Log into Windows using a Microsoft account as it keeps some of the settings; - Ensure the Documents folder is in my OneDrive and has recently synchronised, I have an Office365 subscription which gives me 1TB of space; - Backup files in %userprofile%\AppData where I know I will need them, don't copy that whole folder though; - Use Chocolatey to install packages as it is easier than hunting everything down. If you get more adventurous write a script to do silent installs. mine is outdated already though now with JFW 2019. - Lastly do this a few times and become comfortable with the process.
