I don't remember really how I did it, but I just incorporated the silent options into the Chocolatey script. Using the $args variable, of course. I've not composed a Chocolatey package in a while, so I'll have to refresh my memory. I do use Chocolatey for other install tasks, though; I forget about manually downloading the stuff I need for workstations I deploy; just use Choco to get them. Much more comprehensive than Ninite ...
