Hi, I've just emailed sitehelpdesk to see if I can get an interactive online demo. Myself and another tech though are about fed-up with this process and just want one in place. If I can get an online demo I'll mess with it myself and either keep it up my sleeve so that no ones head's explode at the mention, or if I find it useful I'll float the idea. Interestingly I may need to add F5 to the list of products which are getting hard web interfaces. I rather embarrasingly had a support case open with F5 after upgrading our units to 11.3, this was from 11.2. The new web interface is very pull-down menu driven, and I was waiting for ages to get an answer back from support thinking I had a system issue with config synchronisation, when in fact it was working fine and I didn't realise that part of the web interface contains hidden buttons which I had to click on to access further features!
