Hi all, It's about support ticket systems again. At the moment we are using a very old osticket version. This is pretty accessible and is also productive and quick in usage. Unfortunately osticket has changed their interface so i would be a lot slower in using it. I tried the demo on https://osticket.com.de/demo/scp/ though it got a bit better over the last months. We are also switching over to Microsoft 365, that's why we can't use our old version and the server needs a upgrade as well. For those who use a ticket system at the moment, which one are you using? Can you recommend one? If you are using a recent version of osticket, can you recommend some settings/tricks? Greetings, Simon
