Tables in m365 admin sites inaccessible
Hi all, I use the admin pages of m365 like: Admin.microsoft.com Or the message trace in the new exchange admin center as examples. What I'm finding is that I'm not able to select users or information that is presented in a table. This started happening a few weeks ago. I've tried using different machines, screenreaders and different accounts from different tenants. Not sure if this affects a specific region. Any help/advice would be much appreciated. Kind Regards
Hello all, I am also seeing this problem across Microsoft administrative centers. Even more impactful to me personally is that I can no longer see the conversations on tickets in FreshService, our ticketing system. I primarily use JAWS, and I raised an issue with Freedom Scientific, but they passed the buck to the websites. I raised it with FreshService and they of course blamed the screen reader. Finally, I raised it with Microsoft as I can reproduce the problem using Narrator, Edge, and https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine which are all Microsoft products. They said they are looking into the problem, but I would sure like to hear something more definitive from the Freedom Scientific side. I hope not many more people are having these problems, but at least now I know I'm not the only one. I have forwarded this to the enterprise disability desk as well as several other people in Microsoft. I will also send the ticket number that I receive to several senior people in Microsoft as this issue is going to cause me massive problems if it's not solved very quickly. I don't often need to use these portals but when I do, it's because several teams have looked at a problem and it finally hits my desk. So it's particularly time sensitive. Hi all, I can happily say that I no longer experience the issues in my initial mail using jaws 2023 and chrome 112. There are some things that I would like to report with regard to accessibility using power automate, where I feel the whole setting up a flow is just a mess with jaws where there's just too much unnecessary information shown on the page, Or as an example in the exchange admin centre you hear something like: Mailflownode When it should just be mail flow and then some of the menu's which contain submenus report as being expanded, when they aren't, only when you enter on them, do they report their state. Guess its just slight designs in the page which hopefully they can get right. Hi Jason: Feel free to send any issue, no matter how big or small to the Enterprise Disability Answer Desk<mailto:edad@microsoft.com>. There are a lot of teams who work on Microsoft products, so EDAD can serve as a central point to route and manage the issue and make sure the right team sees it. Hi,
Yes I had noticed this also, I thought it was only me.
First noticed it in the defender for endpoint console at

as I'm seeing the same behaviour across azure AD, endpoint manager, etc.
Using JFW 2022, happens on chrome and edge.

Hello all,
I am also seeing this problem across Microsoft administrative centers. Even
more impactful to me personally is that I can no longer see the

They said they are looking into the problem, but I would sure like to hear

Subject: [Blind-sysadmins] Tables in m365 admin sites inaccessible
Hi all,
I use the admin pages of m365 like:
Admin.microsoft.com
Or the message trace in the new exchange admin center as examples.
What I'm finding is that I'm not able to select users or information that is
presented in a table.
This started happening a few weeks ago.
I've tried using different machines, screenreaders and different accounts
from different tenants.
Not sure if this affects a specific region.
Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
Kind Regards

I just identified a minor issue also.
What's the appropriate channel for reporting them? I don't want to raise
a full-on support request, but rather to send issues along as I find them.

The enterprise accessibility desk replied to me yesterday, apparently the issue was in chrome / chromium, and is resolved in version 112. " Hi @Kieran Little, We have an update on the below issue. I am pleased to inform you that the issue has been fixed. It turns out the issue is with chromium, and the fix is available for 112+ versions of Chrome and Edge. We would like to know your experience with it. Thank you.
