Re: [Blind-sysadmins] Service Desk Plus
Hi Barry:
How does PerfectTracker work other than the home screen? How easy is it to figure out what tickets need immediate attention, for example, a ticket you've been assigned that someone else added notes to since the last time you saw it?

Andrew, Why do all message appear to come with "-bounces" in the From: address? -----Original Message----- From: blind-sysadmins-bounces@lists.hodgsonfamily.org [mailto:blind-sysadmins-bounces@lists.hodgsonfamily.org] On Behalf Of Ryan Shugart Sent: 31 July 2008 15:41 To: Blind sysadmins list Subject: Re: [Blind-sysadmins] Service Desk Plus
Hi George, The reason for this is that the software I use to manage the list, MailMan, does this by default, so that any bounces that may get sent as part of a mailing list posting do not go to the list, and can be sorted as part of the bounce processing. I will look into this further, to see if there is anything that can be done, but I suspect that this is only Outlook adding some explanatory text to the message pane/reply text. Thanks. Andrew. -----Original Message----- From: blind-sysadmins-bounces@lists.hodgsonfamily.org [mailto:blind-sysadmins-bounces@lists.hodgsonfamily.org] On Behalf Of George Bell Sent: 01 August 2008 22:30 To: Blind sysadmins list Subject: Re: [Blind-sysadmins] Service Desk Plus Andrew, Why do all message appear to come with "-bounces" in the From: address? -----Original Message----- From: blind-sysadmins-bounces@lists.hodgsonfamily.org [mailto:blind-sysadmins-bounces@lists.hodgsonfamily.org] On Behalf Of Ryan Shugart Sent: 31 July 2008 15:41 To: Blind sysadmins list Subject: Re: [Blind-sysadmins] Service Desk Plus _______________________________________________ Blind-sysadmins mailing list Blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org http://lists.hodgsonfamily.org/mailman/listinfo/blind-sysadmins
