Hi, This is an annoying one. I was asked to do some exams by my employer a few months ago. MS or the exam company now let people do the exams remotely on their own machines, but you have to have a webcam set up to ensure you are not cheating etc. I thought this was good as I could get my own reader to come and read the questions, I know they wouldn't work with a screen reader, but it would be better than the test centre stuff. However if you need any sort of special requirements, you can't use this new system and have to request it through the test centrr as usual. This causes issues as the exams are on free vouchers provided by Microsoft and I already know that the test centre aren't keen on either me providing my own readers or getting readers in because they are just effectively providing the room. Anyone came across this and was able to do the exam at home with a reader? Thanks. Andrew.
