In general, my findings are that doing something like RDP or Citrix over more than one hop just doesn’t work. I’m guessing you’re using the Citrix machine as a jump box of sorts? Unfortunately my best suggestion is to VPN into their network directly and use RDP from there, I really can’t offer much else. Ryan
