Is anyone familiar or experienced with any iPhone apps that will allow one to remotely perform routine network maintenance via an IOS device running VoiceOver? I need to be able to take care of basic issues like restarting servers, managing services, resetting passwords/unlocking user accounts, etc. We are running Win 2008 R2 and Win 2003 servers, SBS 2011, and Active Directory. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, and have a great day. Alex Coleman
Unfortunately, I have no suggestions however I'd be particularly interested in this also. Would you mind letting me know if you find anything please? Hi, For restarting machines & starting and stopping services, give server control a go. I'm not sure about unlocking accounts, but one really handy ssh client I use quite often is prompt. I guess you might be able to get this to work in a very round about way if you were to install openSsh on your servers, but there is probably a better solution than that. Give server control a look though, it does exactly what you want. Cheers, Ben. On 28/11/2011, Alex Coleman <AlexC@davis-express.com> wrote:
