Hello All, The company i am working for uses the Hp service manager to log all service requests and other insidents. The portal section of this seems to be entirely in flash and totally unusable, whilst the console side is hardly used by anyone and therefore it is not possible for me to independantly log tickets. I wanted to ask whether there is actually a solution available for this? Regards, Chamandeep singh
