Hi, Maybe overkill but I use Daemontools Ultra for this, purchased it ages ago and use it for my ISO needs. Maybe also Winimage but I don't tend to use that program anymore. I am pretty sure you cannot modify an ISO image directly. You always have to make a copy of the files in the ISO file system, make your modifications, and then recreate the ISO image.
