Thank you. This affects me too, as I bought a Microsoft 365 subscription recently for my own use. I found Microsoft 365 Admin to be largely accessible. As I recall, the interface for editing DNS records hosted by Microsoft was slightly confusing at first, but that’s the only, relatively minor issue that I remember. I received an authentication (401) error in trying to access the bug report cited below, so perhaps it isn’t available publicly as the message you forwarded implies it is.

I haven't validated this myself yet but one of my former colleagues at Microsoft told me this issue didn't repro in chromium-based browsers based on version 112.
